Full-Time Position
Supervisor’s Title: Youth Services Director
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 (based on experience and education)
Location: Orange County (on-site)
POSITION OVERVIEW
Zebra Youth is currently interviewing for a self-sufficient, motivated, and capable Licensed Mental Health Therapist.
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide mental health counseling services for youth and families to assist in making youth’s lives more productive and contribute to their personal development. This position requires the candidate to be licensed through the Florida Board of Mental Health Counseling.
Principal duties/responsibilities:
● Provides individual, family and group therapy to youth and families
● Engage with community partners to build and maintain caseload
● Maintain clinical case records in accordance with the organization’s policies and
procedures
● Maintains accurate program records, ensuring client records remain confidential
● Participates in clinical meetings, case staffing, file reviews and supervision and training,
as required
Education and Qualifications
● Must hold an active and unrestricted LMHC or LMFT in the state of Florida, Qualified Supervisor Certification preferred
● Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling
● 3 years’ experience working with BIPOC youth and/or LGBTQ+ youth
