The 2024 Pride in Business Awards (PIBA) & Gala, The Pride Chamber’s largest fundraiser of the year, will honor our region’s stellar LGBTQ+ and Ally business owners, professionals, and community leaders!


This year’s PIBA & Gala will be on Saturday, Sept. 21 at The Hard Rock Cafe located at Universal City Walk.  Included is a VIP reception, dinner, awards, performances, live & silent auction and after party.


This year's Keynote speaker is Nadine Smith, Executive Director of Equality Florida!


We are excited to announce the theme for this year's Gala - "Circus of Colors".


The Pride Chamber's gala theme draws inspiration from "The Greatest Showman," celebrating diversity, inclusion, and the extraordinary in every individual. Like the movie, the gala promises a vibrant spectacle where all are encouraged to embrace their unique qualities and talents.


Attire is "creative" formal!
